We are currently in the process of developing our ecommerce solution but are open for business and accepting orders both through email and over the phone.
To place an order by phone, simply give us a call at (253) 581-0912 between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and we'll help you through the process.
To place an order by email, send us an email with the items you are looking to purchase and the information you require on them and we'll send you a quote. If you are satisfied with your quote, let us know (including your shipping preference) and we'll provide you with a PayPal invoice to pay.
The type of information we may need (but is not necessarily limited to) is correct spelling, rank, designations, and size measurements. Make sure to double check that the information, spelling, and sizes are correct, as we are not responsible for any missing or misinformation, misspellings, or incorrect measurements provided by the buyer.
Please be aware that the PayPal note system is unreliable and may drop the information you’ve included. That is a PayPal issue that we are unable to resolve.

A scan or photograph of 2"x4" patches and guidons will be required for quotes and reproductions may require sending an original as well as original artwork. We are not responsible for originals lost or damaged in shipping.
Buyers located in Washington State must pay sales tax.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have a concern with your order, please let us know right away so that we can resolve it. Although we are not responsible for misspellings, incorrect rank and other designations or missing or incorrect size measurements you provide and do not accept returns as these are custom-made for each individual, we will correct any other issues as quickly as possible. If you provide a misspelling, incorrect rank, designation or missiong or incorrect measurement, we will be happy to send you a replacement item with the correction(s) at a reduced cost (cost dependant upon the product) + shipping.
Our payment options include PayPal through the internet and credit cards over the phone.
Turn around time will depend on item(s) and size of order.
We only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses – no exceptions.
We Ship via U.S. Postal Service First-Class Package. If you need it sooner, we also offer USPS Priority Mail for 2-3 day delivery and USPS Express Mail for 1-2 day delivery.
Arrival to APO/FPO/DPO destination will take longer than the stated delivery times.
